Can I hire HES to run skates for my hockey team?

Yes, you can hire HES to conduct skills sessions for your hockey team! Jeff brings a wealth of experience working with teams of all ages and skill levels in the area. When you book a session, you'll have an opportunity to outline your team's goals for each session and specify the particular skills you want Jeff to emphasize with your players prior to going on the ice. Jeff will then tailor the session accordingly, ensuring it meets your team's specific needs and objectives. Does HES do privates (group or one-on-one sessions)?

Yes, HES Hockey offers personalized private sessions with Coach Jeff, available for both one-on-one and group training. Booking is simple and flexible: just email our team at highendskillshockey@gmail.com to inquire. You will be contacted by our team to set up and/or confirm your skate. You'll have an opportunity to outline specific goals or skills you’d like Jeff to emphasize prior to going on the ice. We're dedicated to delivering tailored training experiences that align with your unique goals and preferences.

How do I know what class to register my child for?

Ensuring your child is in the right class is crucial. Our booking link provides detailed descriptions of each session's skill level (A, AA, AAA, Jr., Pro) and age group. Adhering to these ensures smooth class flow and player safety. If unsure, reach out to our team at highendskillshockey@gmail.com for personalized guidance. We'll ensure your child is placed in the perfect class for their skill level and age, setting them up for success on the ice.

I don’t see a class open for my child’s age and/or skill level. Can I register them for another class?

If you don't find a class available that matches your child's age or skill level, don't worry! As we are constantly scheduling new ice times, we may not have every future class posted. Simply contact our team at highendskillshockey@gmail.com, and we can review upcoming skates or arrange a private group skate tailored specifically for your child.

To ensure the best learning environment and prioritize player safety, we don't combine different skill levels or age groups in our scheduled classes. But rest assured, we're committed to providing personalized options to meet your child's needs and ensure they get the most out of their hockey training experience.

Packages will be refunded if Coach Jeff determines that HES does not have suitable availability of classes that meet your child’s needs.

Do my class credits expire when I purchase a membership? Is there a cancellation fee?

You will have 6 months after the memberships date of purchase to use your class credits. If you drop out of a class before the 24 hour deadline, your credit will be added back to your account to use on a future class. However, if you sign up for a class and miss the drop out deadline, the credit will be used toward the registered class.

How do I create a family plan?

To create a family plan, create an account as your child's parent/guardian. This is the account you'll want to host your payment information. Once your account is created, login and select 'Family Accounts' under your profile. This is where you can create separate accounts for each of your children and purchase packs individually. Please contact highendskillshockey@gmail.com to submit requests for your children to split a pack.
